Hoffert and Associates. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from
Detroit Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctor from Detroit College of Law
of Michigan State University in 1971. Mr. Hoffert has authored and lectured
before the International Association of Assessing Officers, the North Central
Association of Assessing Officers, the American Bar Association, the Michigan

David B. Marmon litigates property taxation matters before the Michigan

Greg Elliott is a seasoned attorney with a background in real
property development. He came to the practice of law after serving as
Pittsfield Charter Township’s Director of Community Development for many
years. He received his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University
College of Law and also holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration
from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Business Administration from Alma College.

Julia S. Rosen
has been practicing law since 1993.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University where she
graduated with honors from the college of business and a juris doctor
from the Georgetown University Law Center. She currently practices

Jennifer L. Hawthorne has been
practicing law since 2002. She received her undergraduate degree from
the University of Michigan and received her law degree from The Thomas
Cooley Law School in Lansing. She graduated from The John Marshall Law
School in 2007 with her Masters in Real Estate Law. She has been
practicing Bankruptcy and Foreclosure law in Chicago for the last 6
years. She joined the firm of Hoffert & Associates, P.C. in October of
2008.
