DAVID B. MARMON

David B. Marmon  has engaged in the practice of law since he graduated from Wayne State University of Law School in 1981.  He earned his masters of law in taxation in 1993. He has had a wide variety of experience including the areas of taxation, business law, collections, real estate, bankruptcy, family law and municipal law.  He has taught federal income taxation and business law.

City of Dearborn, MTT # 293748, appeal pending, COA# 266260 regarding taxation of special purpose property in Michigan, Toll v. Northville Twp., ___ Mich App ___ (COA # 259021, Oct. 3. 2006), S. Ct application pending, where the Court of Appeals held that taxation of infrastructure improvements to the developer to be unconstitutional.
